And no he's not stalking her because he loves her and wants to have her horsie babies. . . . He wants to control her! Being a Kelpie, there is that rumor that once you get a hold of their bridle you can control and tame the kelpie. He wants that! What for is up to you. Destroy enemies, harness her fairy-like powers, use that malignant and brute strength for his own desires. . . . Whatever you want! Now there was a bit of a back and forth between the two of them in her bio when she first met him. He's kinda arrogant and cocky, y'know? Any other part of the personality is really up to you! History and play by is up to you, as well. He'll have done his research on Kelpies at least, though. There's not much to it and if you have any questions just ask 'em here or PM me! She'll try to kill your character. Quite a lot, actually. She don't like letting people near her or know where she likes to hang out so if you follow her into her swamp she'll either try to trample him or trick him into coming onto her back so she hold him under and really find out whether or not vampires need to breathe. . . . I think at some point he should be able to grab her bridle. Maybe surprise her by getting attached to her (her skin turns adhesive) and then shouting the magic word (Christ's name) to free himself.
