PLOT SIGN-UP

With this, it includes interacting with NPC Characters and others while making sure things can go according to the plot set up to find a new Master of the City and gain control of the chaos that is spreading throughout the city. I'll give a rundown on some of the NPC Characters and what each of them will do to make sure things are well explained and not confusing. If you have any questions, PM me or post in this thread and I'll help answer your questions the best that I can.
NPC CHARACTERS
The Harlequin
These are vampires who are essentially the Vampire Council's Police Force. They wear masks to cover their faces and go by names relating to the Renaissance. When a member has been killed, they are told to retire the mask and name of the member killed to honor their memory. Most don't, but its something that is frowned upon if not. These Vampires aren't tied to a territory and are often times traveling in pairs or with their Animals to Call. Due to their history and being tied to the Queen of Nightmares, they were allowed to keep their Animal to Calls, which are the very rare Yellow Tigers. So if there are any sightings of these tigers roaming around the area, than beware that the Harlequin may be close behind.
The Harlequin have a code for when they visit a Territory. Since their identities are hidden by masks their codes deal with masks depending on what color the mask is. These masks are:

Black - Death
White with Little Gold Musical Notes - They wish to meet, not torment or kill, but to talk.[/ul]
These characters will be under the White Mask while they are in town, unless things get a little hectic and things escalate to them needing to change masks. When that happens they will send the mask to the one who is taking temporary charge of the city.
The Vampire Council
The Vampire Council, sets the laws for most of the vampires in the World and are located somewhere in Europe, most believe it to be France, but they could be somewhere else in Europe. Many of them are as old as time itself, while some are nearly as old as the time frame we live in now. They call the shots from behind the scenes, but they never come out to solve the conflict themselves. If anything, you are more than likely to see the Harlequin act in their stead than the Council themselves.
All you need to do, is post in the thread and say which characters are joining the action. When everyone has signed up that wants to sign up, we'll start when we have a few members at least. I'll keep the sign-ups open for new members as well. The plot will continue on for a while until things come to a stand point where its required for the Master of the City to be chosen from one of the members willing to take control of the position.
