If You Fear Nothing Then You Are Not Brave;
You are merely too foolish to be afraid.

-The supernatural
Dislikes:
-People who don’t take work seriously
-Misbehaving children
-Reverse psychology
-Showing too much emotion
-Talking about her life before her job
-Having to learn to trust people
-Criminals
-Having to be kind to someone she clearly has a dislike for
-Colleagues fooling around too much in the work environment
-Not being able to take action against someone who clearly deserves a good punch to the face
Strength:
-Knows mixed martial arts and is very efficient at it too
-Her very, very high IQ
-Lack of emotional acknowledgment allows her to make more logical decisions
Weaknesses:
-Often incapable of understanding how people feel
-Not good at social interaction
Fears:
-Losing her mind
-Losing her friends (the few she has) and her family
-Coming off as unintelligent
Secrets:
-Knows about the Supernatural like anyone else but has spoken to hunters—she knows of methods to keep the basic “monsters” away from her.
-Her parents were werewolf hunters (retired now), but they’ve kept that a secret, and so does she.
-She’s a psychic, but she has no control over the visions she receives. Usually she ignores what she sees since she feels it’s none of her concern. Some of the things she sees disturbs her, and she sometimes fears for her sanity.
Habits/Quirks:
-She tries to crack jokes but it often fails
-She abides by a strict schedule, unless there’s an important murder investigation
-Elizabeth is also strict about her surroundings in the apartment she lives in. Things must be in a certain spot.
-The doctor disguises her sudden onset of visions by feigning migraines. To make it more realistic she pretends to take medications but they are really chunks of candy in the shape of medicine that she makes herself. Thus far the ploy has worked.
-When she laughs, she’ll sometimes snort.
-When trying to discover the cause of death for a victim, she’ll often set up experiments that’ll sometimes go awry and with comedic results
-She has a tendency to go on long talks about something from the anthropologic perspective
-She takes things very seriously
-She’s a naturally curious woman and will investigate anything that catches her interest .
-She gets a little too excited over archeological finds…
Overall Personality: Doctor Harrison is no social butterfly unless it entails fellow colleagues and the subject of discussion is Anthropology or scientific discoveries. She takes great pride in her intellect, and the path to this achievement was not easy, and she continues to expand her knowledge. Thanks to her friends at work, she’s gotten much better at social interactions away from the lab, but she’s got a lot more work to do to be considered “normal”. She even started tapping into her dusty emotions, but around strangers, that’ll be bottled up tightly. That bottle will break and spill out its contents should she find out about a new archeological find into sheer joy—it’s something people find very strange about her.

Overall History:
Born in the town of Rochester, Missouri, Elizabeth showed potential at a very young age and her parents encouraged her to find something that will benefit her later in her years. When the television became available in her home, she watched programs about crime solving, mysteries, forensics, and anything else that related to the scientific field. Even with her future already mapped out in her mind, she still excelled in her other subjects in school, and always pulled to the top of her class. The only issue at hand was her lack of social interaction. Mainly because her parents were something very, well, abnormal: hunters. Not just any hunters but werewolf hunters. It had been a tradition in her family for generations, and she was determined to let it stop with her. It was because of this “tradition” she was unable to make close friends or even acquaintances out of fear of something happening to them. There were days and nights where she’d worry if they’d ever come home—her only sanctuary lied in her books. Her parents had a knack for making the most unpleasant of enemies so Elizabeth had to learn martial arts, and basics with weaponry of course.
When she hit her teen years, that’s when the vision started. Apparently this was a rare power that ran in the family, and again her parents were there to encourage her to use it for good. However, she could never master it, and didn’t want to because she’d often see disturbing images of the future. People always died, it sometimes led her to a crime scene, and she’d have to help solve it with the forensic team. Speaking of forensics, thanks to her enrolling in a potential university, her parents finally gave up on trying converting her to their ways. This only got better when they decided it was time to retire and stop endangering the rest of the family from angered werewolves. Things finally became more peaceful, but old habits die hard. Elizabeth remained the way she had since she was a child: socially awkward, isolated, and hell bent on being the best in what she’s set her mind to.
After her graduation from college, she became one of the best Anthropologists available, especially in the forensic field. When a body is found, she’ll go over the bones, the tissue samples, and so on to identify the victim, the possible killer, and other bits of information one wouldn’t suspect to find in skeletal structures. When not at work, she makes herself busy with other things: the supernatural. Yes, she refuses to hunt them, but that doesn’t’ stop her from finding their cultures to be fascinating. It more often than naught got her into serious trouble in which she had to fight her way out, but she always walked away with new information that would leave a smile on her face. [/ul]
Is It Better To Outmonster The Monster or To Be Quietly Devoured?

A job. Really? That's all she was bothering her for? The least she could have done was called and Amoura might have answered--let's put emphasis on the "might". The Silver Eyed Hunter wasn't always around so that's one of the main reasons as to why the phone may just ring until the voicemail picked up. Then again, Amoura never did anything but crash here.
"I don't work here anymore. I used to but I just make sure that nothing happens to it when I even bother to stay."
Amoura placed her toothbrush in one of her pockets, folded her arms and leaned against the door frame. Her vision unfocused from Luca towards one of the many grey strands that peppered her black hair. Should she dye it sometime?
"But," the hybrid shook her head, "if it's interesting enough I guess I'll look into it. No one's been here that I've been aware of. Devil May Cry's been on a lot of hiatuses lately. Dante's not here either."
So what other point was there for her to stay here? This place had memories that she hoped to forget one day yet she still kept coming back. Typical.
"Come in if you want," Amoura stepped from the door and walked inside.
