Dragons
Monsters in human form, dragons have the ability to transform from a perfectly normal- if not strangely attractive- human into a bloodcurdling, terrifying beast. Dragons are immortal, hatched from eggs then doomed to travel the world until killed by some outside force. Dragons fight only to defend themselves against humans, and will always single out the demons to be slain…
Demons
Murderous, bloodthirsty beasts in human form. They kill solely to fulfill their bloodlust, posses strength ten times that of a human and speed that could match even the winged beasts that have always fought them. Demons fight humans and dragons; and for the longest time, the hatred between dragons and humans kept demons out of the light, giving them license to kill humans freely…Humans
Weak creatures; if anything, they’d be commended for their fighting spirit and simple, dull-minded persistence. For the longest time, they sent their strongest out in ridiculous suits of armor to slay the beasts that plagued them- dragons. It wasn’t until recent times they realized the deep ties between dragons and humans, and how that tie could save their race…The year is 3012. Wrecked by nuclear war, the Earth is in ruins. Water is scarce, food is scarcer. Dragons and demons adapted easily to this harsh terrain, but humans are fading fast. To preserve their fading ranks, humans made an army; a strong army. To their surprise, the dragons joined their ranks. Before long, fated pairs began springing up- dragons joined their riders and made an almost invincible pair. The humans were suddenly much stronger, gaining powers along with this new bond. Demons were struggling for the first time. In response, they made their own army. The war intensified as time passed, and even now dragons, riders and demons are fighting a bloody battle. Human scientists have found ways to grow and cultivate new foods in this world, so survival is easier, and their army has supplies... but for how long can the war last? Will peace ever be an achievable dream? And what of the anti-dragon human activists? The boiling point is near, and rather you like it or not, we're all in the pot.
