He always thought about her when he was alone or trying to do something complicated. What was wrong with him? She made things more complicated than he needed them to be. What made her so special? He could see the powers she may hold when she was old enough to control such strength, but she seemed too young to old anything. His powers would grow when he finally finished giving that necromancer the last two marks, but this one was not a human nor anyone of strength. Just a motherly bond with a child because he couldn't hold onto the one that he would make his human servant.
Soren was swarmed around by groups of people as he looked around the club for her. She had to be here somewhere. The younger vampire couldn't be that far from the place she uses as her resting grounds. He only knew of it because she couldn't stray from the Master of the City. And because he didn't feel right moving into the spot, when it would better to spread out so that not everyone was destroyed if a hunter found the location of the hierarchy of the city vampires. Pushing his way through the crowd he strained his eyes to search for that blond hair that had the effect of looking golden when a light was on it. But even through the crowd he couldn't find her.
Maybe he felt like he needed to protect her because of her harrowing accident that left her unable to see. Especially with the arrival of his vampire sibling coming into town to try and claim the position of Master of the City. It would certainly be an eventful holiday season with her around. But the next time he saw her she would be the one running away with her tail tucked between her legs running to go hide. He wouldn't stand her ignorance or anything else about her.
Coming up to the corner he usually found her at, he saw her. She was laughing with one of the humans who were giving her their presence. Was it something about the way she looked or glowed that caught his attention? Maybe it was just that he had never felt so attracted to someone since his family was killed before he was turned. Somethings would be left unheard while he waved the human away.

To let you know that you're not alone And if you can't tell, I'm scared as hell [/style][style=background-color: #604e4c; width: 390px; height: 275px; padding: 5px;] The night had started out peaceful, she thought it was peaceful despite the fact that she was left without seeing her daughter that night and the night before. The only time she had ever saw her daughter was when she was being admitted into the hospital with the help of Soren. Nothing more. That was the last time she saw the child, merely a week ago. If anything. She had taken to staying at places that felt familiar and wasn't up to moving around. Especially after such events with Xavier.
She felt like such a fool because he laughed at how she killed the people. He rushed her. She usually took the time to plan her victims and how they were killed, but now she would have to step up her game and make it worth her while. Though she would have to figure out how to make it look like the murders were linked before she started anything else. She used to leave a page of the drawing at the crime scene to make the police's wild effort look like they had some kind of clue to work with, but they never caught her. Though they would probably think she died anyways when the murders stop happening in New York so many years before.
Staying at her usual location at Danse Macabre, she found herself chatting with a young man, human, but nonetheless a charming companion for someone who hardly had anytime to find such friendly victims to speak with. She would have drawn the male closer to her, but he seemed to have disappeared with the footfalls of someone much older coming closer to the table. "Now why did you do that? He was perfectly fine where he was at. And I don't need you following me around, Soren. I'm not some goddamn child." Her voice was sour and it showed as the emotions waved across her face. This man was getting on her nerves. Ever since he came here he hadn't left her alone. It was rather annoying.
If there was anyway she could make him leave, she would do it, but seeing as she couldn't get away without wondering if he was following her, she stayed put in her booth. She enjoyed the music of the dance floor, always longing to draw the scene out on paper to forever have it planted in her mind about the dance club of Danse Macabre. If only her eyes weren't damaged. Was there a way to lift holy water damage from a vampire's eyes? She certainly wanted to know, so she could go back to her killing sprees and giving some tokens to the police to lead them on a wild goose chase. That was always splendid.
"Now was there something you wanted? If not, please leave me alone. I'd like to spend the night alone."

He was planning on harming you. There was no other explanation than that. You shouldn't be so open to talking to scum like that. It isn't healthy. You become attached to them and then they weed you out of your former life into a hole where you can't escape," Soren was trying to scare her. Telling her mingling with humans was a terrible trait especially since they were food. He was never fond of humans after some years as a vampire. He learned to hate them after a while. Even when he saw what they had done to his family. Murdered them for no reason or reasons he did not know.
His family had been special to him once. He loved his children dearly, it was one of the things that he missed greatly. Even after their deaths he avenged them knowing they would never know where their father had gone or if he had died in battle. He had been lost to them months before their deaths. It pained him to think of those memories that left him wondering how he got this far without ever thinking about them once before Rowan came along. The woman was intriguing in every sense. She seemed more posed to stay in one place than to move around and cause trouble for what had happened to her sight. But nonetheless her actions made her who she was now. Someone who obviously was not adapting well to the vampire life and wished for more humanity in her life. He would strip away from her and make it his problem to tak her away from all her problems. Keeping her to himself, persay.
"You can only do so much by yourself. But you cannot get rid of me that easily, youngling. You may be his fledgling, but he's not here to keep you out of harm's way," his voice was lower with a hint of aggressiveness. Soren didn't like to be toyed with, especially from someone who seemed to think they were better than him because of who sired them.
He had slid into the booth next to the young vampire, grabbed her hand, holding a firm grasp on it before pulling her close to him. He could smell the fragance she used in her hair as he held her chin in his hand, his brown eyes glistening in her gray motionless eyes. If she wouldn't accept him, than nobody would have her. He had wanted her for himself, to keep with him as a lifelong companion, but she had been avoiding his advances and it disturbed him greatly. He wasn't pushing hard to get her to like him. He had more control over her than much of anyone who tried to fight her. Her beloved sire wasn't here to save her pretty little neck, but she wouldn't be here much longer as he kissed her cheek, giving her kisses until he reached the nook of her neck and sank his teeth into the soft cold flesh. He would drain her dry if it meant that nobody could have her. Not even her sire.
Once he was finished and could hear the faintest of heartbeats and the lack of a bloodflow from the vampiress' body he had set her gently on the seat of the booth as he climbed out to join the other club goers to finish the night away dancing before dawn hit.

To let you know that you're not alone And if you can't tell, I'm scared as hell [/style][style=background-color: #604e4c; width: 390px; height: 275px; padding: 5px;] Soren's words really meant to nothing to her. The human wasn't going to do any harm to her and it was only a matter of time before she got tired of him and pushed him away to find some other soul to keep her company. Attach? How could someone be attached to a human? It was merely conversation with one. What was stuck up his ass to get him in a tizzy fitZ?
"Is that what you think? That he's not here? How would you even know about Xavier? You haven't even met him!" So she was standing up for her maker, but it didn't mean much because she could hear him sliding across the booth and taking ahold of her hand. Now what was he doing? She could feel his body move closer to hers, though she did feel herself slid across the seat of the rounded booth toward him. She tried to push away as she felt his kisses. Rowan didn't want anything of the older vampire. Nothing. Why was he doing this to her?
"Stop it! Let go of me you old begger!" she screamed at him to be heard over the loud music of the dance club. She struggled in his grasp and felt like she was losing. She knew she was losing this fight against him. With the feeling of fangs in her neck, she was held against his chest as she felt herself slip away slowly. This brought her back to the time of her turning.
Xavier was hunting her down like a pig after a hunter tried to save her. The man had only gotten so far as to get her out of the way to make sure she was safe only to end up dead. Rowan had thought she had been safe and would find a hospital to fix her gunshot wound that she had received moments before the hunter had came to the scene. It had only been the last moments of her human life did she ever feel Xavier's fangs touch her skin to take the remaining life source away from her.
The situation wasn't much different expect for the fact that she wouldn't die. She would merely be a weakling trying to find the strength to get back on her feet. Fading in and out of the situation didn't help her figure out what had happened later. She had faded out when he finished nearly draining her of all the fluid of others that flowed through her body. At least he was a gentleman and didn't flash the world her limp body as he placed her on the seat of the booth, pulling her knee high boot covered legs up onto the seat as he pulled away.
Maybe he did feel some remorse about not killing her. Xavier would have made it quick and painless. She would have liked that way to end her life instead of having to fight off the forever waiting for her life to slip away. She had slipped off into the darkness for what felt hours, but really was probably only a half hour before she started to come back to take in what had happened. She felt groggy and tired, but nothing could really help her figure out what happened in the space between.
How she managed it she didn't know, but she managed to slip off of the bench of the booth and onto the floor. Crawling seemed like her best answer to find someone willing enough to be a donor. Wearing a skirt at this moment in time was probably not the best option for her. At least everything was matching her black ensemble. Where did Soren head off to? She wanted to make sure the second in command paid for his crimes. Especially to a vampire who had done nothing to provoke anything from him. Crawling out from under the table she crawled back into the booth and rested her face in her hands, trying to regain the strength to go look for someone to give her the nutrients she needed to get her strength back once more.
