A VAMPIRE TO CALL MASTER -idea for a new character

Some of you may know that I have a weresnake in the works, and that she is a former pirate, and the animal to call of her ex-captain.

And those who didn't know that, well, now you do!

I recently had the idea to make this weresnake Schizophrenic on top of all my original plans for her, and to have made this possible, i think i may decide for her original vampire master to have died. I'm not completely set on this yet, it's still ideas.

What I have this post up for however, is because my weresnake's personality makes it one of the worst ideas in the history of bad ideas to create her without someone holding tight to the other end of her metaphorical leash. What I need is a vampire for my weresnake to call Master, someone to tell her what to do and keep her well enough in line. She wouldn't truly be connected to this vampire, but she would be one of the best little minions an evil mastermind could ever ask for.

The only real thing I need of the master-level vampire who takes up this slot is to be a passive-aggressive type. Someone calm and even-tempered enough to be able to reason with El Psychopath to talk her out of her bad ideas and nudge her in the proper directions instead of using threats and punishment to keep her in line, because that just won't work out well.

If i've interested you with this and you either have a vampire who you'd like to offer to fill the position or have been thinking of making a vampire who can fill the space, get back to me here, or through PM, or hunt me down in the cbox and get one of my messengers from me so I can go more into detail about the character i'm working on and we'll see if we can work it out! :D

With the way i'm hoping to work it out, I actually don't want the vampire who fills this position to be able to call the type of snake the character is, so she's listening and following orders purely out of choice.

I have Soren. He may be able to help. He doesn't have an animal to call, so he's viewed as weak Master Vampire wise, but he still is a Master Vampire. He has a split personality you could say. He's sometimes nice and is viewed as being wise and charming, but the bad side comes out when something doesn't goes his way. He's the jealous type and doesn't take it very well, but I think the two could easily work out well enough that she won't see his bad side.

The biggest reason I need someone passive-aggressive is because my Bella, the weresnake, the way her personality is, she needs the illusion of being free without truly being so. She's a rebellious and destructive soul (she likes causing trouble, blowing things up, breaking things and people, causing chaos, etc), but without someone to save her from herself, she can be highly self-destructive (/suicidal). The rebellious part of her won't allow for someone to boss her around, and thus, does the exact opposite of what one wants her to do when she's threatened or blackmailed, and if you try to punish her, she'll go around and do worse than she did before just to throw it in the person's face, which is why she's best controlled through manipulation and respect. To someone she respects and has somehow gained the right to tell Bella what to do, she's very obedient and doesn't have a problem with very much, usually not caring about why she's been asked to do something, though she would expect a truthful answer should she ever be curious enough to ask why.

Would this work well for Soren? And I had no idea you played him, Amethyst! I thought someone else did since the character isn't listed under your list of characters! Lol, now I feel dumb xD

oh you are perfectly fine. I had the persona of being someone else to hide from Master to give it the effect that he had some new blood to play with, but he saw through my disguise so it's pointless to hide as someone else. I think he could handle her. He's quite level-head especially dealing with Sienna after so many years. Of course when he finds his animal to call it won't be snake, but he would certainly enjoy the challenge of her. If its alright with you.

lol it's perfectly alright with me! <3 I read through Soren's app, if Soren's sire was a council member, then depending on what years he was by his former master's side, Bella may recognize his face. She has a bit of history with the vampire council too. Her Captain was one of Morte D'Amour's rotting vampires who Morte liked to keep around or hear from from time to time, so Bella's spent a bit of her time around the council (enough to call Belle Morte a whore on sight, constantly mock the Beastmaster for being pathetic... she likes causing trouble lol)

Since you mentioned his sire being male and on the council, I have to ask, which member was it? The Traveller? I can't think of any other male on the council who could possibly have the gift of shadow control in their bloodline.

I was thinking of having Bella wash up on some shore after her boat was attacked during the end of the golden age of piracy (roughly during 1730). She was part of a trimunive between her captain and the cook/healer on the boat, who were more like parents to her. She still has her abilities she gained through the trimunive, but at least one of the other two is dead and the other blocked from her because she can't mentally feel either of them anymore, giving the illusion that both are gone, which brought on the schizophrenia. Would it be possible for Soren to have found Bella? I think I can pin her state of insanity on why she's stayed by Soren's side ever since doing what he tells her to. Would that work? Or should I think up something else?

It would also mean that Bella has been around Soren for roughly 281 years.

I think that would be fine. Yeah Isi and I haven't quite exactly figured out which Member we were deciding, but I personally like The Traveler as his sire so I'm gonna go with him. Haha. The Beast Master is just a pathetic little man with no life.

And that's fine with her being by his side. It would certainly make people view him differently to know that he always had a servant by his side even if it wasn't his animal to call. Or at least Sienna, because he's very secretive about things and doesn't always like to bring things out unless he has to, so she could certainly be the one person he talks to when he needs help even if he's the one doing the protection.

AWESOME! bwahaha, yaaayyyy! I'm so excited to get this character out to play with, I've done different versions of her all over the place, by different names and histories and FCs, but the personality is almost always exactly the same and is by far one of my favourite characters to play! I'll hop back to work on her app and hopefully, her app will be up in a good few hours <3
